WEEKEND CELEBRATIONS
Who We Are?We are a fellowship of community and faith oriented people. Our gifted visionaries and gifted spiritual leaders are Bishop and Mrs. Parnell M. Lovelace, Jr. We are a non-denominational, diverse, Spirit-filled and formed church. We believe in a Spirit-empowered, balanced, and structured approach to ministry. Therefore, we seek to present with clarity, openness, scriptural foundation, and unconditional love and acceptance of all people. We stress progressive and fervent dedication towards ministering the gospel and Jesus Christ and His Kingdom.
Where Are We Located? Our Cathedral is located in beautiful midtown Sacramento at 1228 23rd Street, conveniently located off of Business 80 at the corner of 23rd and Capital Avenue. Easily accessible by car and Regional Transit Light Rail.
Our CelebrationsOur weekend celebrations are designed to be engaging and uplifting. They generally run about 70 minutes. We open with live, dynamic worship, led by our worship team that combines a mix of Christian contemporary, Gospel and traditional hymns. You can expect to hear songs from artists like Byron Cage, Israel & New Breed and The Brooklyn Tabernacle Choir, James Cleveland, and Walter and Tremaine Hawkins.
Following worship, Bishop Lovelace shares a dynamic lesson from God's Word, filled with practical applications for your life.

We ask that you complete the card so we that we can send you a letter from Bishop Lovelace thanking you for celebrating with us.
What To ExpectWe know that visiting a new church can be intimidating and even a little confusing, so we want to help make your experience at Center of Praise Ministries to be the best it can be.
What Do I Wear? Our services have a relaxed, casual environment. You will see some in jeans and others in suits. There is no "dress code." Come the way you feel most comfortable.
What Do You Provide for My Children? Our goal is to minister to the entire family. In addition to our main celebrations, we provide ministry for your children from newborn through age 12 ,as well as, a Youth MInistry for your children in Jr. and Sr. High School. Your children are important to us, and our Childrens Ministries are here to come alongside you in providing quality spiritual training in a fun, exciting atmosphere.
